关淑馨
香港法官
关淑馨（英语：Susan Kwan Shuk-hing，1954年—），出生于澳门，香港高等法院上诉法庭副庭长，港版国安法指定法官。
法律和司法生涯 编辑
关淑馨女士于1977年获得香港大学法学学士学位，并于1978年获得法学专业证书。她于 1979 年在香港获颁大律师资格，并在1999年之前担任私人执业大律师[1]她于1996年至1999年担任香港大律师公会名誉秘书[2]。
她在1994至1995年间曾两度出任地方法院暂委法官，1998年8月曾出任高等法院暂委副司法常务官。2001年，她获委任为高等法院原诉法庭法官。 [3] [1]2002年，她被任命为负责公司和破产名单的法官。 [4]
2009年，关淑馨被提拔为上诉法庭法官。 [5] 2019年，她成为第一名被任命为上诉法庭副庭长的女性。 [6] [1]
关淑馨是《香港公司法：破产》和《香港公司法：实践与程序》的主编。 [7] [8]
2022年10月，关淑馨与首席法官潘兆初、上诉庭法官朱芬龄组成的团队做出了对黎智英不利的裁决，并表示“尽管新闻材料对新闻自由很重要，但对新闻材料的保护并不是绝对的。” [9][10]
