黛西·洁丝·伊索贝尔·雷德利（英语：Daisy Jazz Isobel Ridley，1992年4月10日—）[1]，英国女演员。2015年起在电影《星球大战：原力觉醒》及其续集中饰演女主角蕾伊，而赢得广大的知名度和赞誉。

黛西·雷德利出生于伦敦的西敏。她的母亲露易丝·福克纳-科贝特（Louise Fawkner-Corbett）是一名公司内部沟通员[2]，父亲克里斯（Chris）则是一名摄影师[3][4]。其父母皆是继承英国的血统[5]。她是五个孩子中最年轻的，有两个姐姐：基卡-罗丝和波比（Kika-Rose）和（Poppy）与另外和两个父亲以前结婚的半姊妹[3][4]。其中基卡-罗丝是Models 1的模特儿[4][6]。她的叔祖父阿诺德·雷德利曾出演过电视剧《爸爸的部队》而闻名[7]。2010年，18岁的她从赫特福德郡的特林公园表演艺术学院毕业[3][4]。

2014年4月，宣布雷德利将在《星球大战：原力觉醒》中饰演主要人物之一[8][9][10][16][6]。她是在2014年2月被选中的出演本片的女主角[17]。雷德利的加入一般被认为是导演J·J·艾布拉姆斯想与乔治·卢卡斯于1977年的首部电影一样选择知名度不高的演员来担任主角[18]。

雷德利目前住在伦敦西区的麦达维尔地区[3]。2017年起与在《东方列车谋杀案》同戏的汤姆·巴特曼交往。2023年1月，雷德利在圣丹斯电影节宣传《偶尔我会想到死亡（英语：Sometimes I Think About Dying）》期间，证实自己与巴特曼已结婚[22]。

2016年，雷德利透露，在15岁时被诊断出患有子宫内膜异位症和多囊卵巢综合症，需要接受多次腹腔镜手术。她表示，由于随之产生的痤疮，其病情让自己缺乏自信。[23][24][25]
