亚甲基二苯基二异氰酸酯（英语：Methylene diphenyl diisocyanate），通常缩写为MDI，是一种芳族二异氰酸酯。 三种异构体是常见的，随着环周围的异氰酸酯基团的位置而变化：2,2'-MDI，2,4'-MDI和4,4'-MDI。 4,4'异构体是应用最广泛的，也被称为4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯[3]。这种异构体也被称为纯MDI。 MDI与多元醇在聚氨酯的生产中发生反应。 它是二异氰酸酯产量最高的，在2000年占全球市场的61.3％[4]。
