《2016年欧洲联盟公投（举办）规例》（英语：The European Union Referendum (Conduct) Regulations 2016；No. 219）是英国国会的一项法定文书。

2016年2月20日，保守党籍首相卡梅伦在首相府宣布将会举行脱欧公投，继而制定本规例。法例依据《2015年欧洲联盟公投法令》，就在2016年6月23日于英国和直布罗陀举行的欧洲联盟会籍全国性公投程序以及公投选票格式、告示公布、及投票当日投票站内告示公布事宜制定法律条文。规例在首相的公告后马上制定，2016年2月26日生效[1]。
