BxPC-3细胞
BxPC-3 (BxPC3)是用于研究胰腺癌及其治疗方法的人类胰腺癌细胞系。BxPC-3细胞是在1986年从一个已61岁的人类女性体内获得,并且被证实在无胸腺裸鼠中具有致瘤性,具有中等分化能力[1],同时又会产生粘蛋白,并且表现出上皮组织形态。BxPC-3细胞不会发生在胰腺癌中常见的KRAS突变[2]。BcPC-3细胞和JoPaca-1细胞均有高表达的癌干细胞标志物[3]。BxPC-3目前已用于致瘤研究、胰腺癌治疗研究及其他生物医学应用中。 由于细胞可帮助胰腺癌药物的开发,因此有学者对细胞的表型和基因型特性进行研究,特别是因为BxPC-3细胞具有血管生成因子IL-8、血管内皮生长因子和前列腺素E2的高度表达,故而可以作为潜在的药物靶标[4]。
