通用开发与散布许可证
（重定向自CDDL）
通用开发与散布许可证（英语：Common Development and Distribution License，简称CDDL） 是一个自由软件许可，由Sun微系统提出，以Mozilla公共许可证（MPL）1.1版本为基础。

经过考虑后，昇阳将原用于自由软件／开放源代码软件项目的昇阳公共许可证（SPL）改写为SPLv2，即为现在的CDDL。此两者兼源自于MPL。
2005年1月，修正后的CDDL进行第二次的提案送交：预防CDDL和欧洲著作权法抵触，以及允许单开发者使用CDDL进行自己的工作。
