球齿龙Globidens)又称圆齿龙,意为“球状牙齿”,是沧龙科的一个属,模式种阿拉巴马球齿龙 (Globidens alabamaensis)。

阿拉巴马球齿龙的左上颌骨

球齿龙是属于中型的沧龙类,身长为6米,拥有流线型的身体、扁平的尾部与强而有力的下颌。球齿龙的牙齿与其他沧龙类非常不同,大部分的沧龙类都具有尖锐的牙齿用来撕裂猎物,适合猎捕鱼类或其他海洋爬行动物如别种中小型沧龙类蛇颈龙类等。虽然有些沧龙类也偶尔会去捕食带硬壳的软体动物,不过球齿龙更特殊,它们拥有半球状特化的牙齿,更适合压碎海龟菊石类鹦鹉螺贝类等防御力高动物的外壳。就像沧龙一样,球齿龙拥有密切接合的下颌与坚硬的头部,这些特征无疑是非常适合去咬破软体动物的硬壳。

体型较小的Carinodens,被认为是圆齿龙的姐妹分类单元。
