J·Y·比莱
约瑟夫·尤瓦拉杰·比莱 DUNU（一等）（英语：Joseph Yuvaraj Pillay；1934年3月30日—），或简称J·Y·比莱（J. Y. Pillay），于2005年至2019年担任新加坡总统顾问理事会主席[2]，在此期间曾于2017年短暂代理总统一职。比莱曾任职公务员长达34年，为独立后的新加坡的经济作出重要贡献。

生平 编辑
他自1972年到1996年担任新加坡航空主席，期间将该公司打造为世界一流的航空公司[1][3]；之后在1999年到2010年担任新加坡交易所主席[4]，次年转任新加坡虎航主席[5]，直到2014年。
荣誉 编辑
2012年，新加坡国立大学以比莱名义设立了两个教授职位，以表彰他的贡献[6][7]；同年8月9日，他在新加坡国庆日获授予一等尼拉乌达玛勋章[8]。
