火烈鸟属
紅鸛目紅鸛科下的一個屬

火烈鸟属（学名：Phoenicopterus，台湾作红鹳属），是红鹳目火烈鸟科下的一个属。[2]现下属三个物种，并还有数个化石物种。[2][3]

该属由瑞典生物学家卡尔·林奈于其《自然系统》第十版中建立该属。[4][5]其属名Phoenicopterus来自拉丁语的同样辞汇，该词源自希腊语的φοινικόπτερος（转写：phoinikopteros）。[6]模式种即为同时被林奈所命名的美洲红鹳。[1]
