石灰石-石膏法

石灰石-石膏法是应用最广泛的脱硫方法,因为脱硫效率高且适应性强[1]而可以应用于烟道气脱硫、汽车尾气脱硫及工厂废气脱硫等。美国德国日本有90%以上的火力发电厂使用该方法脱硫。石灰石-石膏法的原理是采用喷淋塔结构,含尘烟气与雾化的脱硫浆液逆向接触,通过浆液的洗涤作用,脱除烟气中的颗粒物和有害物质[2]。然而,脱硫浆液雾化等的脱硫过程中可能会产生新的亚微米级微粒,很容易就被烟气夹带出脱硫系统,令脱硫净烟气中的颗粒物浓度提升[3]

该方法利用了以下反应:

CaCO3 + SO2 =△= CaSO3 + CO2 2CaSO3 + O2 == 2CaSO4
