蒂亚戈·佩雷拉（英语：Thiago Pereira；1986年1月26日—）是一位巴西游泳运动员。他是巴西历史上最伟大游泳运动员之一。在2012年伦敦奥运会男子400米混合泳的比赛中，他获得了银牌的成绩[1][2]。
