阮天宠

阮天宠生于1956年10月17日，[2]来自米佐拉姆邦，但早年时间大部分都是在奥里萨邦度过。[3]毕业于乌特卡尔大学（英语：Utkal University），也曾在布巴内什瓦尔的斯图尔特学校和印度理工学院德里分校学习过。[4]

1983年进入印度外交部。[2][3]1985年至1986年，在香港学习中文。1987年开始，在北京工作三年。1997年至2000年，被派驻到上海。[5]

2007年4月至2010年8月，任印度驻香港特别行政区和澳门特别行政区总领事。[6]2010年4月19日，被任命为下一任印度驻文莱高级专员。[7]10月19日，向文莱苏丹暨元首递交国书。[8][9]2013年10月4日，被任命为印度驻菲律宾大使。[10]2014年4月8日，向菲律宾总统贝尼格诺·阿基诺三世递交国书。[11]2014年至2016年，担任印度驻菲律宾大使。[12]

2016年12月21日至2021年10月17日，任米佐拉姆邦首席资讯专员。[13][14]
