阿巴伊·塔库尔（印地语：अभय ठाकुर，英语：Abhay Thakur，1969年9月1日—），印度外交官，现任印度驻缅甸大使，曾任印度驻尼日利亚高级专员兼驻贝宁、喀麦隆、乍得和西非国家经济共同体、印度驻毛里求斯高级专员、印度驻胡志明市总领事等职务。

阿巴伊·塔库尔于1969年9月1日出生于赖布尔。[1][2]他毕业于那格浦尔国立理工学院（英语：Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology Nagpur），并于印度管理研究所孟买分校（英语：Indian Institute of Management Mumbai）（前称国立工业工程学院）获得硕士学位。[2]
