人体体温、人体正常体温(英语:human body temperature、normal human body temperature、normothermia或euthermia)测量出的结果取决于在一天中的时间中身体内发生的变化,以及该人的活动水平。而正常体温一般值在:
口探(舌下):36.8±0.4℃(98.2±0.72°F)
体内(直肠,阴道):37.5°C(98.6°F)
身体的不同部位有不同的温度,直接测量体腔内部的直肠或阴道的结果通常比口探测量稍高,而且口探测量比皮肤测量稍高。其他地方,如在手臂或耳后会产生不同的正常温度。
在一天中,因为身体的需要和人活动后的变化,一个健康的人体温在早上会较低,在傍晚和晚上则高大约0.5℃(0.9°F)。其他情形也会影响身体的温度,例如:当一个人饿了,困了,病了,或冷,体温也随之变化。
测量方法

- 在口腔(口腔温度)
- 在手臂下(腋下温度)
- 在耳(鼓膜温度)
- 在阴道(阴道温度)

Body temperature is maintained within the range 36.5-37.5 °C. It is lowest in the early morning and highest in the afternoon.
