纽西兰的忠诚誓词（英语：Oath of Allegiance）由《1957年宣誓及声明法令》（Oaths and Declarations Act 1957）界定。所有宗教式宣誓（oath）皆可以毛利语或英语作出；亦可作出非宗教式宣誓（affirmation），与宗教式宣誓具有相同法律效力。[1]
目前的宗教式誓言是：
- I, [name], swear that I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to His Majesty King Charles the Third, His heirs and successors, according to law. So help me God.

- 本人，［姓名］，谨此宣誓︰本人定当依法竭诚向国王查理斯三世陛下及其世袭继承人及其他继承人效忠。愿主佑我。

毛利语誓言如下：
- Ko ahau, ko [name] e oati ana ka noho pūmau taku pono ki a Kīngi Tiāre te Tuatoru me tōna kāhui whakaheke, e ai ki te ture. Ko te Atua nei hoki taku pou.

纽西兰的公民誓言中添加了“并将遵守纽西兰法律及履行作为纽西兰公民之责任”（and I will obey the laws of New Zealand and fulfil my duties as a New Zealand citizen）。
- 本人，［姓名］，谨此宣誓︰本人定当依法竭诚向国王查理斯三世陛下及其世袭继承人及其他继承人效忠，并将遵守纽西兰法律及履行作为纽西兰公民之责任。愿主佑我。

誓词以“本人，［姓名］，谨以至诚，据实声明及确认”（I, [name], solemnly, sincerely, and truly declare and affirm）开始，继而读出法律订明的誓言字句，但须略去任何诅咒或祈求上天见证的字句。
- 本人，［姓名］，谨以至诚，据实声明及确认︰本人定当依法竭诚向国王查理斯三世陛下及其世袭继承人及其他继承人效忠。
