细距舌唇兰（学名：Platanthera bifolia）是舌唇兰属的一种植物，与红门兰属有著一定关系。它以往是被分类在玉凤花属中。它分布在欧洲及摩洛哥。其属名是来自希腊文，意思是“阔大的鹿角”，而种小名则意指“两块叶子”。
