阿斯塔
阿斯塔（Ashtar），又名阿斯塔・谢兰（Ashtar Sheran），是一名尚未确认真实或虚构的地外文明人物，常见于与外星生命、新纪元运动相关的网路讯息。新时代运动者称他现任职位是“银河联邦宇宙大舰队指挥官”（Supreme Commander of the Galactic Federation fleet），外型像白种人，时常透过网路发表演讲，指导地球人如何提升心灵与注意“事件”的发生[1] 。
