《双头鹰之死》（法语：L'Aigle à deux têtes）是一部由尚·考克多导演的1948年法国电影，改编自考克多原创的同名舞台剧（英语：L'Aigle à deux têtes），此剧曾于1946年演出。而舞台剧中的几位主角饰演者全部于电影中再次出演相同角色。此剧灵感源自奥地利帝国的伊莉莎白皇后^[3]（即茜茜公主）。

反响

电影于1948年9月在巴黎上映，法国影评对此片褒贬不一。评论认为电影豪华的品质和演员精彩的表演无疑是此片的亮点，^[4]然而也有人认为电影矫揉造作，仿佛来自另一个时代，且考克多并没有从先前舞台剧的基础上充分诠释这部电影。^[5]^[6]

当影片于1948年在纽约及1949年在伦敦上映后，来自《纽约时报》和《泰晤士报》的影评都显示出类似的褒贬混合式评价。^[7]^[8]相较考克多在20世纪40年代执导的其他影片，这部电影则受到较少关注。
