伊基托斯（西班牙語：Iquitos，奇楚瓦語：Ikitus），是秘魯亞馬遜叢林地區最大城市，人口約40萬人，為洛雷托大區省會。

伊基托斯位於亞馬遜河岸邊，是世界上除島嶼外最大的不以公路和鐵路連接的城市（另一個是堪察加彼得羅巴甫洛夫斯克），對外交通完全依靠航空和亞馬遜河航運。雖然離亞馬遜河河口有3700公里遠，但是小型海輪還是可以溯流而上抵達伊基托斯，使得該地成為世界上距離海岸最遠的海港。
伊基托斯由耶穌會傳教士於1750年左右創建，1864年成為洛雷托省省會後開始飛速發展。在20世紀初年的橡膠熱中，伊基托斯繁盛一時，隨着橡膠熱的退潮，伊基托斯再也未能恢復當年的盛況。
