伊朗—以色列代理人衝突又稱伊朗-以色列代理人戰爭[4]或伊朗—以色列冷戰[5]，是伊朗和以色列之間進行的代理人戰爭。

1979年伊朗伊斯蘭革命後，伊朗領導人認為以色列是非法的「猶太復國主義實體」，並指責以色列是美國的附庸國。[6]伊朗向黎巴嫩真主黨、[7]哈馬斯和巴勒斯坦伊斯蘭聖戰運動等組織提供資金、武器並且培訓這組織的成員，讓它們對以色列發動襲擊。[8]
以色列一直反對伊朗的核計劃，並與美國等伊朗的敵國保持親密聯繫。[9]以色列還打擊與伊朗有關的目標[10][11]。以色列還對伊朗發動網絡戰，並呼籲各國一起對伊朗採取軍事行動。[12]
2024年，衝突短暫升級為兩國間的直接衝突。
