保羅·埃倫
保羅·埃倫（英語：Paul Ereng，1966年8月22日—），肯尼亞男子田徑運動員。他曾獲得1988年夏季奧運會田徑比賽男子800米金牌。[1]他也曾在1989年世界室內田徑錦標賽和1991年世界室內田徑錦標賽獲得男子800米金牌。
