半側空間忽略

半側空間忽略（英文：Hemispatial neglect），又稱半側空間忽略症、單側忽略（unilateral neglect）、偏側忽略、患側忽略，是一種神經心理學病症，患者一側大腦半球受損導致對身體另一側的視覺、聽覺等感覺出現無意識或意識缺失，大腦無法感知和處理另一側的感官信號[1][2][3]。同側的意識缺失也有病例報告[4]。

病因 編輯

大腦的頂葉和額葉與身體另一側的注意力緊密相關，半側空間忽略多因腦部後頂葉皮層（英語：Posterior parietal cortex）（如頂上小葉）或顳頂交界處（英語：Temporoparietal junction）受損造成[5]。而腦部損傷常由中風造成，多發於右側大腦半球（導致身體左側忽略），左側大腦半球受損導致身體右側空間忽略則較少[6][7]。

治療 編輯

治療大多致力於恢復患者對身體左側的注意力，包括採用稜鏡治療法等，恢復性治療可由神經心理學家、作業治療師、理療師等進行[2][8][9]。
