子宮骶韌帶（uterosacral ligaments, recto-uterine ligaments），屬於子宮主要韌帶之一。

直腸子宮摺疊組織包含一系列纖維組織和非條紋肌肉纖維，附着在骶骨前端，並組成子宮骶韌帶[1]。這韌帶鏈接子宮到骶骨[2]。
