托馬斯·巴賓頓·麥考利，第一代麥考利男爵，PC（Thomas Babington Macaulay, 1st Baron Macaulay，1800年10月25日-1859年12月28日），英國詩人，歷史學家，輝格黨政治家，曾擔任軍務大臣（1839年-1841年）和財政部主計長（1846年-1848年）。
