超速效胰島素
超速效胰島素是一種新型胰島素製劑，旨在模擬人體對膳食的生理性胰島素反應，以改善餐後血糖控制。該胰島素種類主要包括超速效門冬胰島素和超速效賴脯胰島素兩類。[1]

超速效門冬胰島素是諾和諾德公司(Novo Nordisk)於2017年推出的一種胰島素製劑，獲得了美國食品藥品監督局(FDA)的批准[1]。
超速效賴脯胰島素 編輯
超速效賴脯胰島素是禮來公司(Eli Lilly and Company)在2020年獲得美國FDA批准的胰島素製劑。與傳統賴脯胰島素相比，超速效賴脯胰島素更接近人體對膳食的生理性胰島素反應，可以改善對餐後血糖的控制。其特殊配方包括曲前列素和檸檬酸酸鹽，可以促進胰島素快速吸收，從而在血清中的出現時間提早、暴露量減少，降低了餐後延遲低血糖的幾率[2]。[1]
多項隨機對照臨床研究表明，超速效賴脯胰島素在1型和2型糖尿病患者中的使用效果良好[3][4]。與傳統賴脯胰島素相比，超速效賴脯胰島素在餐後血糖控制方面具有顯著優勢，且安全性相當[1]。不良反應方面，超速效賴脯胰島素並未增加與傳統賴脯胰島素相比的顯著差異[1]。
