陳澮敏
陳澮敏（英語：Carrie Tan Huimin，1982年4月11日—），新加坡華裔政治人物，人民行動黨籍，自2020年起擔任義順集選區義順南分區的國會議員。

在踏入政壇之前，陳澮敏創辦了慈善組織明天的女兒（Daughters of Tomorrow），幫助新加坡底層女性維持生計，在經濟上實現自給自足[1]。在明天的女兒工作期間，陳澮敏致力於讓大眾認識新加坡的社會貧困問題，與私營、公營及非營利組織一同協作，幫助弱勢社群實現社會及經濟流動[2][3][4][5]。除此之外，陳澮敏也是東南亞青年領袖行動計劃的研究員[6]，2016年8月新加坡總理李顯龍在美國白宮會見美國總統貝拉克·奧巴馬期間，奧巴馬特別提到陳澮敏在婦女賦權及倡導合作方面的工作[7]。
早年經歷 編輯
陳澮敏的父親是德士司機，後來轉任列車員，母親是家庭主婦，另外還有一個姐妹[8]。陳澮敏初中和高中分別就讀於萊佛士女子中學和萊佛士初級學院[9]，大學在新加坡國立大學主修歷史[9]，碩士就讀於李光耀公共政策學院，獲公共行政碩士學位[10]。
職業生涯 編輯
在2012年以前，陳澮敏從事獵頭工作[11]。2007年參加完南印度的義工工作後，陳澮敏創辦了社會企業明天的女兒，為印度底層的婦女提供技能訓練[11][12]。2014年，亞洲新聞台播出紀錄片《新加坡人在海外》（A Singaporean Abroad），講述了陳澮敏在印度展開人道主義工作，給從人販子手中解救出來的鄉下女性提供手工藝技能培訓[13]。2015年11月，訪問馬來西亞的美國總統貝拉克·奧巴馬在吉隆坡舉行市民大會，推廣東南亞青年領袖行動計劃[6]。2016年5月，陳澮敏獲得國際青年商會新加坡總會頒發的十大傑出青年獎的兒童、世界和平與人權類榮譽獎[14]。
明天的女兒 編輯
2012年，陳澮敏在新加坡創立慈善機構明天的女兒[1]。該組織為低收入女性提供職業培訓，分配工作機會，同時鼓勵政府將她們納入政策[15][16]。2015年，組織獲新加坡國立大學亞洲社會創業與慈善中心（Asian Centre for Social Entrepreneurship & Philanthropy）的最有投資價值社會企業獎[17]。
步入政壇 編輯
2020年新加坡大選期間，陳澮敏參加義順集選區的選舉，代表人民行動黨挑戰新加坡前進黨，目標接任同黨議員李美花[18][19]。陳澮敏的競選搭檔有尚穆根、黃國光、穆罕默德·費沙爾·易卜拉欣和吳順喜[19]，最終五人憑藉61.9%的得票率全部勝選[20]。
