關於TOTW候選

給維基人的一封信

你好，我是維基人Edouardlicn。就是否開放IP用戶創建條目的投票上我看到了你的支持，在此衷心感謝。首先表明我自己的態度，我是支持IP用戶擁有條目創建權的。但有維基人在討論頁中提出若干問題：

1. 浮動IP者可被多人共用，若某甲濫用浮動IP破壞條目而被封鎖，導致無辜的某乙也無法使用該浮動IP。
2. 若某IP（固定或浮動IP）是多人共用的Proxy，或是某公司的對外IP，禁封會牽連太多無辜者。
3. 某些廣告軟體「可以自動切換Proxy IP，自動發表廣告」，要不要我破壞你們個人用戶頁示範一下？
4. 最快兩年內會啟動IPv6，兩種IP用戶頁要如何對應關係？亦或IP用戶頁將成長8*10^28倍？

本人認為目前尚未有維基人能夠解答以上問題。

另外，有維基人在投了反對票的維基人的選票下加上自己的意見，本人認為這是一種對維基人的理性判斷的干擾。本人就此事與相關人士聯繫，並提出解決方案，但方案提出後24小時內在有證據表明相關人士上線的情況下本人未有得到任何答覆。所以，本人在此表示對此次投票的公正性的懷疑，並請你在仔細閱讀討論頁面後，再重新考慮你的選票是否客觀表示你對此次投票的真實意圖。再次感謝你對此段文字的關注。—Edouardlicn (留言) 2010年9月16日 (四) 14:42 (UTC)

一點個人意見

我是覺得中文維基的專業編輯者數量這麼少，卻想比照英文維基一樣的作法而不做出妥協，最後就會像現在一樣：掛了一大堆模板卻沒有人理會。大部分會上來編輯次文化條目的人都是不專業的無帳號編輯者，在這種情況下要讓條目符合水準，甚至弄清楚要如何修改是很難的。－Kikidororo (留言) 2010年10月17日 (日) 04:59 (UTC)

Hi there, I'm a young child user who develop separated own content wiki, the Phineas and Ferb Official English wiki community, I have seen the history of Phineas and Ferb pages and see you have edit it! I think you are a fan of two Flynn boys and their sister. Now the show is going to develop and rise, that make children and others people become "charmed fan"!. The requirement set forth: an organization must be established for sharing knowledge and comunicating between millions of fans. Can you help develop the Phineas and Ferb wiki for "Zhongwen" language, can you help? The wiki all about all thing related to the show, a Phineas and Ferb encyclopedia for Chinese people and people who know Chinese! That will great because China has a biggest population and I think, more and more children on China love Phineas and Ferb. This wiki's activities just like wikipedia, like syntax, like the source mode for writing, template, mediawiki,... but the different thing that the wiki just mention about Phineas and Ferb.
