保羅·亨利·金斯巴格（英語：Paul Henry Ginsparg，1955年1月1日—），美國物理學家。他因開發了arXiv電子預印網站而知名。[2][3]

金斯巴格畢業於紐約州賽奧西特（英語：Syosset）的賽奧西特高中（英語：Syosset High School）。 他在哈佛大學獲得了物理學學士學位，之後在康奈爾大學獲得了理論粒子物理的博士學位，博士論文題目為量子場論中對稱行為諸貌（Aspects of Symmetry Behavior in Quantum Field Theory）。

金斯巴格在哈佛大學物理系擔任初級研究員和教學工作至1990年。[4]

1990年至2001年，金斯巴格在洛斯·阿拉莫斯國家實驗室工作，其間，他開發了電子預印網站arXiv。 自2001年起，他擔任了康奈爾大學的物理學教授和計算與信息科學教授。[5]

他在量子場論，弦理論，共形場論和量子引力等領域發表了物理學論文。 他經常在資訊時代上評論變化中的物理學世界。[6][7][8][9][10][11]
