克里格反應
克里格反應(Criegee reaction)[1]指鄰二醇被四乙酸鉛氧化,經過環狀酯中間體,鄰二醇的碳-碳鍵斷裂,醇羥基轉化為相應的醛、酮。反應是定量的,通常在乙酸或苯溶液中進行,可用於鄰二醇的定量分析。
