嘉芙蓮·馬赫
嘉芙蓮·羅伯茨·馬赫（Katherine Roberts Maher，1983年4月18日—）是維基媒體基金會前首席執行官和執行董事。她自2014年4月起擔任首席通訊官，[1]於2016年6月23日就任執行董事。[2]她曾任職於世界銀行、聯合國兒童基金會和AccessNow.org的宣傳部部長。[3][1][4]

教育背景
編輯馬赫曾在2002年至2003年間在開羅美國大學阿拉伯語語言學院接受教育，在2003年至2005年期間，她就讀於紐約大學藝術與科學學院並取得大學本科學位。[5]
事業經歷
編輯在世界銀行任職期間，馬赫擔任促進國際發展和民主化的技術顧問，發展信息及通信技術的問責與管理機制，注重於手機等設備在中東及非洲等地促進民間社會和體制改革方面的作用。[6][7]她於2012年在世界銀行出版的「使政府移動化」中合著了一個關於「信息交流的發展：流動裝置利用最大化」的章節。[8]
馬赫於2014年4月加入維基媒體基金會擔任首席通訊官，[1][9][10]並對美國版權法做出了評價。[11]在莉拉·崔迪科夫辭職後，[12]她在2016年3月成為了臨時執行董事。[3]2016年6月23日，成為正式的執行董事。[2]2019年，馬赫出任維基媒體基金會首席執行官[13]。2021年4月15日，馬赫卸任首席執行官和執行董事職務[14]。瑪麗安娜·伊斯坎德爾於2022年接任[15]。
