易卜拉欣•赫瑪特妮阿（荷蘭語：Ebrahim Hemmatnia；1976年6月25日—），是波斯裔荷蘭探險家。他是世界上第一個騎自行車穿越海洋的人。他耗時68天騎着兩棲自行車穿越了大西洋，兩棲自行車是一種人力交通工具，可以在陸地上或水上行駛。他也曾穿越了世界上多個大城市，如達喀爾，納塔爾，若昂佩索阿，累西腓，阿拉卡茹，薩爾瓦多，維多利亞，里約熱內盧和聖保羅。[1][2][3][4][5]
