油酸鉀
化合物
油酸鉀,即(Z)-9-十八烯酸鉀,是一種油酸鹽,化學式為C17H33COOK。它可由油酸和氫氧化鉀在甲醇水溶液中反應製得。[2]它和3-溴丙烯在四丁基溴化銨的存在下於水-二氯甲烷中反應,可以得到油酸烯丙酯。[3]它可用於納米材料的合成。[4]
