愛麗森·阿什莉·阿姆（英語：Allisyn Ashley Arm，1996年4月25日—）是一位美國女演員，她在美國迪士尼頻道制播的一部美國兒童情境喜劇《加油！桑妮》中飾演勞拉·蘭斯特（Zora Lancaster）而出名。

早年
編輯阿姆於1996年4月25日出生在美國加利福尼亞州的格倫代爾，父母在她半歲時就發現她的表演能力，送她去亞利桑那州的表演學校。她陸續在《老友記》、《10-8: Officers on Duty》、《Miracles》、《Judging Amy》中有露面。
個人生活
編輯作為善待動物組織的支持者，也來自她的素食主義家庭，她從五歲起也成為一名素食主義者。11歲時，成為純素主義者。[2]
2014年12月，阿姆開始與迪倫·雷麗·斯耐德約會。兩人在2019年1月1日訂婚，並在2019年9月19日結婚。
