胎鼬䲁科
胎鼬䲁科（Bythitidae），又稱須䲁、深海鼬魚科 ，為鼬魚目的其中一科。是一種胎生魚，多分佈於世界各地的熱帶及亞熱帶海域，僅有約5種見於淡水或弱鹹水內。[1] 其體型很小，約只有5—10厘米（2.0—3.9英寸）。多生活在珊瑚礁及水面；有些深海及洞穴種類，視覺功能幾乎或完全退化。深海種類可見於約7300米深處，是該深度水層中數量最大的類群。[2]

到2002年為止，該科已發現有110多個物種，2006年丹麥和德國科學家又一次性新增26個，[3] 2007年由同樣的科學家新增8屬20種。[4]
