2021年11月，Kempower宣佈進行首次公開募股，並計劃籌集約8700萬歐元[5]。最終，Kempower從超過34000名投資者處籌集了約1億歐元[6][7][8]，並於同年12月赫爾辛基證券交易所First North板塊（英語：Nasdaq First North）上市[6][4]。2024年6月，Kempower從First North板塊轉移至赫爾辛基證券交易所主板上市[9]。

參與澳大利亞電動貨車項目

2022年，Kempower宣佈和澳大利亞充電樁生產商JET Charge合作參與 「Depot of the Future」 項目[10][11][12]。當地貨運公司Team Global Express計劃在此項目中採購和部署60輛電動貨車[13][14]，Kempower將為該項目交付16個充電樁[10][11][12]。
