人工韌帶是用於替代受損韌帶的裝置。人工韌帶最常見的用途是用於前交叉韌帶重建英語Anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction[1]。儘管自體移植英語Autotransplantation仍然是最常見的韌帶重建方法[2],但自從人工韌帶在第一次世界大戰時代誕生以來,人們開發了許多材料和結構來優化人工韌帶。許多人工韌帶是由合成聚合物製成的,例如聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯[3]。為了提高合成聚合物的生物相容性[3],人們往人工韌帶裏面添加了各種塗層[4]。目前高級韌帶加固系統(LARS)人工韌帶已被廣泛用於臨床應用[5][2]
