低聚異麥芽糖

低聚異麥芽糖IsomaltooligosaccharideIMO[1])又叫分枝低聚糖[1]。是具有擁有α-(1-6)-糖苷鍵異麥芽糖寡糖形式,不能被人消化。包括異麥芽糖、異麥芽三糖異麥芽四糖異麥芽五糖潘糖黑麴黴糖英語nigerose麴二糖英語kojibiose[2]

人類食物特別是發酵食物中常含有低聚異麥芽糖。[3][4][5]異麥芽糖是蜂蜜的成分之一。[6]
