內勒塔事件

內勒塔事件是1314年法國王室中的一樁醜聞，在此期間，國王腓力四世的兒媳瑪格麗特、布朗歇和讓娜被指控通姦。這些指控顯然是由腓力的女兒伊莎貝拉發起的。內勒塔是巴黎的一座塔，據說很多通姦事件都發生在這裏。這一醜聞導致了對兒媳們的情人的酷刑、處決和監禁，以及對兒媳們的監禁，對卡佩家族的最後幾年造成了持久的影響。

醜聞爆發後，瑪格麗特和布朗歇被判終身監禁在加亞爾城堡，讓娜未被發現通姦，但作為布朗歇的姐姐，以縱容罪軟禁在杜爾當。同年，腓力四世駕崩，路易十世繼位後，瑪格麗特作為他的妻子自動成為王后，但路易十世沒有釋放她，也沒有給她加冕。同年，讓娜脫罪。路易十世尋求另娶，但當時沒有教宗在位，無人能批准他和瑪格麗特的婚姻作廢。1315年，瑪格麗特死於獄中，一說系被害。腓力五世繼位後，讓娜成為王后。夏爾四世繼位後，布朗歇作為其妻也自動成為王后，夏爾四世同樣沒有釋放她，也沒有給她加冕，並尋求婚姻作廢，布朗歇勉強同意，並得到教宗若望二十二世的批准。布朗歇被放出加亞爾城堡，雖然被教宗批准再嫁，事實上在修道院度過餘生。
