吉·揚（英語：Gig Young，1913年11月4日—1978年10月19日），出生名拜倫·埃爾斯沃思·巴爾（英語：Byron Elsworth Barr），美國男演員，曾3次獲得奧斯卡最佳男配角獎提名，並憑藉電影《攞命舞》獲得該獎項。[1]
