約翰·格斯查
約翰·格斯查（John Goscha，1984年3月19日—），是一名美國發明家和企業家，他是美國終極燈泡公司（Finally Light Bulb Company ）的行政總裁，該公司發明了革新的燈泡產品Acandescence。他還是IdeaPaint的創始人。

他畢業於里吉斯耶穌會高中，並在2006年畢業於巴布森學院經濟和企業專業，畢業後他組建IdeaPaint[1][2][3][4]。
格斯查之後創建並擔任終極燈泡公司總裁，並開發新能源以減損能耗[5]。該公司推出的Acandescent無極燈泡效果類似白熾燈，但效率要高出75%，並比其壽命長15倍[6]。
2009年，格斯查被提名《公司雜誌》「30 Under 30」（「30大30歲以下企業家」）[7]，名列《商業周刊》的「美國最佳年輕企業家」之一[8][9]。
他的產品IdeaPaint也被視為2008年芝加哥新保守主義貿易展覽會的最佳發明[10]。2011年，它也榮獲新英格蘭發明獎[11]。
