美國馬里蘭州2019冠狀病毒病疫情

2019冠狀病毒病疫情於2020年3月開始在美國馬里蘭州開始擴散。2020年3月5日，該州首例確診病例出現在蒙哥馬利縣。截至4月3日，馬里蘭州衛生部（英語：Maryland Department of Health）共報告2331例確診病例，36例死亡，治癒81例，包括巴爾的摩在內的所有行政區縣均有確診病例。[1]

1月 編輯

1月底，馬里蘭州醫院開始對新送入急診室的患者進行健康檢查。[2]州衛生部專員在1月30日稱，完成了首次新冠病毒檢測，患者檢測結果呈陰性，並在家隔離。州衛生部副秘書法蘭·菲利普斯稱馬里蘭州居民感染病毒的可能性尚且很低。州內醫療機構、教育機構及商業場所按照美國疾病控制與預防中心指導進行預防。陶森大學向學校成員發信息，稱一位教授的家人去做檢測了，該教授課程取消。[3]

由於美國疾病控制與預防中發佈了意大利旅行警告，馬里蘭大學學院市分校和陶森大學取消了意大利的海外交換計劃，陶森大學還取消了即將前往日本的交換計劃。[4]截至2月229日，馬里蘭州共有5人接受檢測，前兩例結果均為陰性。[5]

3月5日，馬里蘭州州長拉里·霍甘宣佈該州出現確診病例，共有3人，患者均住在蒙哥馬利縣，一對70多歲夫婦和與他們無關的一名50多歲婦女。[6][7][8][9]這三人在埃及尼羅河上乘坐了同一班郵輪，回來後，其中一名患者到過賓夕法尼亞州費城郊區與學生會面，導致賓夕法尼亞州衛生部（英語：Pennsylvania Department of Health）關閉了該地區三所學校。另一名患者造訪了羅克維爾退休社區，參加了一個70-100人的集會。社區的其他人員被要求每日測體溫，如果出現症狀要向醫生或者馬里蘭州應急管理機構（英語：Maryland Emergency Management Agency）報告。[10]三名患者3月12日前均康復出院。[11]當天該州宣佈進入緊急狀態。[12][13]

同日，索爾茲伯里大學（英語：Salisbury University）暫停了他們在意大利和韓國的交流項目。[14]

3月30日，州長發佈發佈強制性的居家令，於當日晚8點開始生效，居家令要求所有最近去過其他州的人在家隔離14天，[15]擅自外出者將面臨最高1年有期徒刑和/或者5000美金罰款。[16] 弗吉尼亞州州長和華盛頓哥倫比亞特區市長當天發佈了類似的居家令。[17]

馬里蘭州當日新增3例死亡，累計死亡18人。[18]

3月5日，州長宣佈首例確診病例後，進入緊急狀態。[12]

3月12日，州長宣佈馬里蘭州所有公立學校從3月16日至27日停課，禁止所有超過250人的活動，激活馬里蘭國民警衛隊（英語：Maryland Military Department）。[19]

3月12日起，馬里蘭州公共圖書館宣佈所有分館繼續關閉。16日，所有24座圖書館均繼續關閉兩周。23日，州長宣佈關閉所有非核心商業，公共圖書館繼續無限期關閉。[20][21]
