巨头麝香龟（英语：Loggerhead musk turtle，学名：Sternotherus minor）是小麝香龟属下的一种龟，原产于美国。其种加词“minor”意为“较小的”。

巨头麝香龟得名自其不寻常的巨大头部，其成年个体背壳长约8—13厘米（3.1—5.1英寸），其鳃只存在于下颌上。^[2]
