朝鲜海盐是一种比普通食盐颗粒更大的食用盐。[1][2] 它在韩语中被称为굵은소금(“粗盐”)或왕소금(;“王/王后盐”)。[3][4][5]该种盐主要用于制作泡菜时腌制大白菜。因为它经过最低限度的加工,所以盐中存在微生物,有助于在发酵食品中产生风味。[1]
