阿尔丹区（俄语：Алданский район），是俄罗斯的一个区，位于该国东部，由萨哈共和国负责管辖，首府阿尔丹，始建于1930年5月5日，面积156,800平方公里，2010年人口42,632，人口密度每平方公里0.27人。
