肯赞·拉姆
肯赞·拉姆（Kinzang Lhamo，1998年6月15日—）是一名不丹女子田径运动员。

运动生涯
编辑拉姆专攻于超级马拉松项目[2]。她曾在2022年的雪人赛中获得第二名[3][4][5]，这是一项在布姆唐宗查姆卡尔（Chamkhar）举行的五天超级马拉松赛事，横跨喜马拉雅山脉[6]。同年，她在不丹帕罗的加冕马拉松比赛中获得第二名[7]。
2023年，拉姆赢得不丹国际马拉松赛的冠军[8]。翌年，她在普纳卡举行的第10届不丹国际马拉松赛中蝉联冠军，并创下3时26分的个人最佳成绩[4][3][9]。
2024年，她获得了代表不丹参加2024年夏季奥林匹克运动会马拉松比赛的通用名额[10]。这是她第一次在不丹以外的地方比赛[3]。为了准备这次比赛，拉姆在不丹业余田径联盟的协助下，在廷布进行训练[9]。她以3时52分59秒的成绩完成马拉松比赛，排名第80位，也是最后一名[11]。
