编辑当有昆虫掉入笼中，Camponotus schmitzi会攻击新捕获的昆虫，可防止猎物逃脱，捕食笼底动物获得食物，二齿猪笼草再由Camponotus schmitzi的排泄物中获取养份，为了保持猪笼草较高的捕获效率，Camponotus schmitzi会清理笼口边缘的污染物 [3]。[4]
特征
编辑胸背部弓起，胸部与腹部间只有一个节点。以食物碎屑、植物汁液、昆虫蜜露为食。体色为黄褐色，生殖后完全变黑色。工蚁头大胸部小，具有强烈攻击性。[5]
