尼伊丘產區

尼伊丘產區（法語：Côtes de Nuits），亦被廣泛誤譯作夜丘產區，是位於法國東部勃艮第地區科多爾省中部至南部的葡萄酒產區。尼伊丘產區北起馬爾薩奈拉科特，南至尼伊聖喬治，長度約20公里。尼伊丘產區主要生產紅葡萄酒，白葡萄酒雖然產量較少但品質上佳。

名稱

「Côtes de Nuits」的「Nuits」來自尼伊聖喬治，與意為「夜晚」的「nuit」無關。其在1173年為Nui，Nui是古法語noe或nou（意為「沼澤草地」）的變體，源自中世紀的拉丁語Nauda，其可能源於具有相同意義的高盧語詞；另一關於這個詞的起源假設是「noa」，它指的是一個底部為池塘的山谷。
