命名歷史
編輯本屬為德國鳥類學家吉恩·路易斯·卡巴尼斯於1847年建立。[3]其模式種由英國鳥類學家喬治·羅伯特·格雷指定為斑翅擬臘嘴雀。[1][4]其屬名Mycerobas來自古希臘語moukērobas，意為「堅果破壞者」。[5]
