生物能量學生物化學細胞生物學的一個領域[1],研究領域包括能量在生物體內的轉化、細胞呼吸和一些能產生能量的代謝酶促過程 [2][3]。也就是說,生物能量學的目標是講述生物體如何獲得和轉化能量[4]。因此,對代謝途徑的研究對生物能量學至關重要。
