資訊技術法

資訊技術法（information technology law；資訊科技法；網路法(cyberlaw)）涉及資訊科技方面的法律；包括計算及網際網路。 它涉及法律資訊學，以及管理（數位化）資訊與軟體，資訊安全及電子商務等方面的數位傳播，它也被描述為「無紙化環境(paperless environment)」的「書面法(paper laws)」。資訊技術法亦提出了計算與網際網路，合同法，隱私權，言論自由以及管轄權等方面的智慧財產權之具體問題。

歷史沿革

資訊技術的監管，通過計算及網際網路發展出來的第一個公共資助的網路；如在美國的ARPANET與NSFNET資訊網路，或在 英國的JANET網路等的資訊技術監管網路之發展。
